why Malcom X is not familiar to us??

Episode 1: In the world most of the people know about the Martin Luthar king.He was an American pastor, activist, humanitarian, and leader in the African-American Civil Rights Movement. He was born in 1929 and died 1968 when he was 39. He was a christian and he struggle for the negro.

Episode 2: Malcolm X also known as El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz اwas an African-American Muslim minister and a human rights activist. To his admirers he was a courageous advocate for the rights of blacks, a man who indicted white America in the harshest terms for its crimes against black Americans; detractors accused him of preaching racism and violence. He has been called one of the greatest and most influential African Americans in history. Before I come in Turkey I never heard about the Malcom X even his name. He was born 1925 and died 1965 he was killed by American Intelligence agency. He was also 39 when he murdered.

In these two episodes we can see that both of them was in the same time. They struggle for the same issue. Both of them was killed. But only difference between them Malcom X was Muslim and the Martin Luthar king was Christian. If we compare them Malcom X was more qualified then Martin Luthar king. He was more and more active then him. But nobody know about him!!
