PM GIVES TK 5 LAKH TO ANIK, SUSTAINED CRITICAL INJURIES IN A PETROL BOMB ATTACK BY BNP-JAMAAT ACTIVISTS

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina donated Taka five lakh to Minhazul Islam Anik, a student of Feni who sustained critical injures in a petrol bomb attack of BNP-Jamaat activists. Sheikh Hasina gave the donation to Anik at her official residence Gonobhabang. Anik recently returned home from India after taking treatment at Shankar Netraloya with the financial support of the Prime Minister. Shahriar Hridoy, a friend of Anik, truck driver Liton Mia of Chapainawabganj and Executive Magistrate of Feni M Abdul Qadir, who sustained injuries during BNP-Jamaat agitation also called on Prime Minister. They expressed gratitude to the Prime Minister for her allout support for their treatment abroad after the incident. PM then said, " I have not come to be the leader of AL, I want to stay beside all of you and take part in any critical situation of my people".
